Nonunion: Clavicle Case 1

Presenting

This 16 year old girl fractured her clavicle in a rollover car accident. After 3 months of nonsurgical treatment with a sling, her clavicle showed no signs of healing and she was referred to my office. She had moderate to severe pain and was unable to lift her hand over her head.

Result After Treatment by Dr. Brinker

This x-ray taken 4 months after surgery shows solid healing of the bone. The patient had no pain, full motion of the shoulder, and had returned to participation in recreational sports.
